NALA is the advanced digital skills and cybersecurity employability pathway under SAMA Intervention 2 Zambia.
The programme prepares young people for careers in cybersecurity and the wider digital economy through practical laboratories, hands on learning, mentorship, workplace simulations and career readiness support.
Participants develop technical competence, professional confidence and practical workplace experience that prepares them for entry level employment, internships and long term career growth.

Programme Locations
SAMA is a national programme that will scale across all provinces of Zambia. The Pilot and Co-Creation Phase is currently being implemented in:
- Lusaka Province
- Copperbelt Province
Following validation of the programme model through the pilot and co-creation process, NALA will be progressively scaled across all ten provinces of Zambia.
